Laetitia Viljoen is a well-known decorative and paint technique artist and has been involved in decorative art for more than 15 years.  Her work has become synonymous with style and elegance as well as exceptional quality and attention to detail. Combining her creativity, thorough knowledge of interior styles as well as her technical expertise and skill, Laetitia transforms ordinary and dull spaces into exceptional and vibrant environments.

Laetitia is equally adept at undertaking large projects in corporate environments and transforming private residential spaces. Her clients range from architects, property developers, interior designers and decorators to home owners. Among the guest houses, hotels, private residences and entertainment venues all over South Africa that have been touched by her paint brush, are the Castello in Waterkloof, Pachas Restaurant in Pretoria, The Palace at Sun City, Special Pieces at Brooklyn Mall, Woolworths and the Michaelangelo Towers in Sandton.

In June 2007 Laetitia attended a three week workshop in Italy. She studied and worked with four top faux artists in the world - Nicila Virgini (Italy), Pierre Finkelstein (USA), Pasqual Amblard (France) and Shaun Cosby (USA). Masterpiece murals were created combining marbling, grottesca, stucco, fresco, trompe l’oeil and glazings. She was invited to join SALON – the gathering for International Decorators to admire each others work, to watch and discuss old and new techniques as well as materials, and to exchange new information and techniques.
